I like this author, I really do, however, I feel ripped off. I gave it 3 stars because I really liked the beginning. But once Tara started working for Preston, I started getting confused thinking that I had already read this book, and I did. It was called "Naughty Boss". One of the author's previous books. It read exactly like it, with a few minor changes like their names and that ridiculous twist towards then end. Otherwise, the only thing different about this story is the title. If you haven't read "Naughty Boss", you might like this book. If you already read that book, then skip this one. You're literally rereading a story with the same plot , situations, and character traits.

Two Weeks Notice edition by Whitney G Literature Fiction eBooks Reviews
Question, will I ever not love Whitney G books.. Probably not.. I love her books and naturally this one is no exception. Thrust into a life of thievery and deceit Tara has no choice but to work for the one man she's been stealing from. As always I laughed at their antics, their snarkiness, condescending attitudes and their hotness. I have all of her books, met her through her story Falling for Mr. Stratum. Thank you Whitney for another awesome book.
A bachelor boss, stuck in his ways, obstinate, overbearing, generally hard to work for. Preston, goes thru executive assistants like they are wash n'wear. Thus, how Tara is in position for his EA, but her demanding boss, causes her lots of stress, working extremely long hours, calling her at all hours. This is a great story, loved it, amazing story, journey for both Preston and Tara.❤️
Concept of the story of very good. Preston was arrogant from the start, but Tara was little bit unreasonable and nagging from the middle of the story. I accept that Preston was rude but, he was making a good gesture from middle, which Tara should acknowledge. After knowing how he was doing all the things according to her comfort, she didn’t even express her gratitude about it. I really didn’t liked Tara’s role. Finally the ending, that’s not an proper epilogue, story was unfinished in so many ways.
I freaking LOVED this book! I could not get enough of it and laid in bed reading and laughing my butt off. This book is full of humor, cocky-arrogant boss, hot sexiness and much, much more. I could not turn the page fast enough.
I love cocky, jerk bosses and Preston did not disappointed. I loved to hate him and hated to love him but love him I did. Tara was hilarious, she hated her job and her overbearing boss. The chemistry these two had, had me melting. I couldn’t wait to see these two finally get together.
Now, one thing I did hate… it got really steamy for a hot second and then bam…two years have passed with no information about their interactions during this time. I wanted all the details because you know they had to have explosive chemistry and fights (always having to one up the other).
This was my first read by Whitney G. but it will not be my last.
Whitney G. writes the greatest cocky a-holes! The guys you love to hate, and hate to love. Everything about them just screams “Arrogant Prick” but you can’t help falling for them little by little.
But, she also writes the most badass heroines.
Fierce, strong willed, take no BS leading ladies that you can’t help but admire.
Two Weeks Notice is just another example of her incredible writing style.
Whitney G. makes sure to give you all the feels and angst in her books. No matter what is happening in the story, you feel it. From the guilt, the pain, the raw primal need, just everything. You get it all in every single book.
Which is one of the reasons this author has become an automatic one click for me!
Preston and Tara are just the latest in a very long line of epic love stories!
A rip off of a very good movie. Taking material from another source is just sad. Parker is no Hugh Grant and Tara is definitely no Sandra Bullock.
If you've read "30-Day Fiance", this is basically a variation of that same book. I love a good Alpha CEO/office worker book so I really didn't mind. A lot of it is truly ridiculous, such as her salary and all the "perks" she gets as his assistant. However, I love romance book men that are overbearing and a pain in the rear. They would be hard to live with in real life but they make great book boyfriends! I would have given it 5 stars but, as I said, it's basically a repeat of a previous book.
